Automated Configuration Tool

The Citrix Automated Configuration Tool helps with cloud migration automation of customer-managed Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops configurations from one or more sites to Citrix DaaS hosted on Citrix Cloud. The automated migration tool can take routine backups of the same cloud site to allow you to revert to previous working configurations in the event of inadvertent changes.

Citrix Enterprise Browser

Federated Authentication Service

Monitoring

Citrix DaaS provides a centralized console for cloud monitoring, troubleshooting, and performing support tasks for your Citrix DaaS environment. Secure Private Access

Citrix Secure Private Access is a cloud-delivered Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) solution that delivers adaptive access to IT-sanctioned applications deployed on-prem or in the cloud. Secure Private Access provides access only at the application layer, thereby preventing network-level attacks, does not require backhauling, thereby providing a much better end-user experience, and provides IT with a set of security controls offering employees with a choice to access IT-sanctioned applications on any device, regardless of it being managed or BYO.

Security

A key security risk for VDI and DaaS security is the threat of data loss from screen capturing and data transfer to and from other endpoints using cut/copy/paste controls. The Citrix VDA Upgrade service is a cloud-based service that simplifies the VDA upgrade process for admins by automating upgrades to the latest VDA version (CR or LTSR), depending on your machine catalog type.
