As you know that VPX is supported on ESXi environment and ideally it should suffice unless until a specific integration/automation is required.

Hi Steven, Reboot will not invalidate perpetual MPX license.Perpetual licenses, dont have any dependency on the network connection.Can we know when you purchased these licenses? Few years back release restricted perpetual licenses were sold and only for those licenses there could be impact based on the version they are on.
