Upgrading OS and citrix from windows 2016 to 2022 and citrx virtual desktop and app 7 1912 to 2103

our current environment is all in one server deployment , we have published 10 application and have 55 concurrent user license .

 

i would like to know the upgrade procedure 

if we want to upgrade the os and citrix to all in one deployment

 

or 

we might plan for HA and install core component in different server , in this case how can i do the upgrade
