  2. @CarlStalhood yes I can see the authentication page. While entering ccredential it says cannot complete your request. I used Citrix xen app wizard to integrate with Citrix. Authentication is domain .no Mac forwarding used
  3. i have installed netscalar vpx 13.1.54 , i have connected 3 interface to that vm in that one interface in connected to DMZ via swicth and perimeter firewall and 2 interface in connected to internal network via switch data center firewall nsip , vip and snip are in diffrenet vlans , and backend server also diffrenet vlan i have changed the default route to dmz facing interace and configured pbr for nsip interface i was able to configure everthing but while connecting am getting below error not able to establish connection .issue is only via netscalar gateway storefront doest have direct access to gateway fqdn , does it require ? my routes are from vip it should be via snip which is another vlan which has route configured 1 NSIP NS Management 172.20.0.10 2 VIP NAT with public IP 172.20.1.10 3 subnet Ip 1 Outward communication 172.20.2.10 4 subnet Ip 2 Inward Communication 172.20.3.10 storfront is 172.20.4.0 routes 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 172.20.1.1 172.20.4.0 255.255.255.0 172.20.3.1 what am i missing here storefront side i have already enable remote access and confirued gateway

Our Citrix studio user doesnt have DB rights, instead we have SQL local user created for this, i can see below information from citrix , so in my understandind while configuring the DB from studio, this will first try with studio user if it fails, it will prompt for user credential. DB sql local user with privileges is enough for this? and if we change the password of this user do we need to update it in studio? "If your Studio user credentials do not include these permissions, you are prompted for SQL Server user credentials. When using Studio to perform these operations, the Studio user must either have a database server account that is explicitly a member of the appropriate server roles, or be able to provide credentials of an account that is." also testnw02\inst02 this is how i connect to the instance in sql studio and we have port configured 2020 for this what is the format to be userd testnw02\inst02,2020 failed to connect. what is the correct format . @CarlStalhood if you can help
