  1. Hello, I want to know how to delete I removed the components related to FAS Policy from the Local GPO. What can we do? Because I removed FAS Policy from c:\Windows\PolicyDefinitions and en-US, but it can still be found in the local GPO. I'm not sure. How can I remove it?

  3. Hello, Has anyone ever moved the Public IP for Gateway VIP to set up with Cloud Flare so that Cloud Flare helps block connections from other country that are not needed? Before setting that I can open application to launch normally but when configured to change a Public IP to move to Cloudflare that I cannot launch applications but can do it to only logon to StoreFront web and displayed application icons. No error pop up about error message box after clicked application icon. However, I found only if test to use HTML5 to work with applications that I launched application. It seems that it's not work with Citrix workspace. I want to know that anyone ever done something like this and encountered problems? and how to solve the problem.
  4. hello Carl, I have more updates. I understand that this issue is probably related to Hardening, but I'm not sure which one. Because it is a template that Force uses, it is understood that there will likely be additional updates during this month. Do you have any guidelines as to whether there are any closed items that can cause problems with "Can not complete your request"?
  5. What do you see in StoreFront Server > Event Viewer > Applications and Services > Citrix Delivery Services? - I found error message in the attached file. Why are you using Internet Explorer? - I have tested other browsers and found the same error.
  6. Hello. How to troubleshoot if problems are found with the error message " cannot complete your request" in case not use NetScaler Gateway. I have re-installed Storefront as it's same problem.   7. Hi Carl, We can upgrade firmware from 11.0 to 12.1 and then upgrade to 13.1 or not? I'm worried that if I upgrade across firmware versions The data will be incomplete or fail.
  8. Hello, If we want to upgrade firmware across versions from 11.0 (Gateway Vip configuration) to 13.1. How can I do to upgrade this issue? We don't dare upgrade across versions because we're worried about problems. But we cannot download version 12.0 from Citrix Web, already. Can anyone recommend a method?
