Hi @pacerra529,
Could you please try reducing\increasing the timeout duration and verify if you still face the issue? Are you able to see the same behaviour with 2012 server?
If it's possible give the servers a reboot.
Thanks,
Vikas

For this feature "Machine historical data available using OData API" the director version required is 1808 with delivery controller 7 1808, and for OData API V.4 the director & DC version required is 7.16. Both these features are available for all license editions. Please refer to https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/director/version-matrix.html for more details.

Good Day :)
Could you please try the following and let me know if it helps:
To resolve the issue, complete one of the following tasks:
Restart the server.
Or
If it is not possible to restart the server, complete the following steps:
Launch the Citrix Computer Policy in the Citrix AppCenter.
Browse to “Licensing | License server hostname”.
Add a false server name in the Value field.
Click OK two times.
From the command window, run gpupdate /force.
Repeat Steps 1 to 5 but in Step 3, add the correct License Server name in the Value field.

Consider going through https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/xenapp-and-xendesktop/7-15-ltsr/monitor/configuration-logging.html & https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/xenapp-and-xendesktop/7-15-ltsr/monitor/event-logs.html and cdf tracing https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX111961. Let me know if this was helpful.

Hi @MArkus Wehr,
Good Day :)
Could you try using IE11 for BCR with your existing setup, there have been instances where chrome consumes a lot of client resources. Could you also please update to the latest workspace app.
You could also make use of the Fallback mechanism mentioned in the https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/multimedia/browser-content-redirection.html documentation.

Hi @Marc Smid,

There's no workaround that I'm aware of at this point in time, this is certainly an issue.
Could you please report it to citrix support.f

Hi,
I will try to check this scenario and try to reproduce it in my environment.
In the meanwhile, you can have look at this discussion here, https://discussions.citrix.com/topic/296766-error-1920-sma-service-failed-to-start-installing-r07/
The user faces similar issues like yours and has a tentative solution for now.

Good Day :)
Can you try running it under a local administrator account rather than a domain admin?
Please let me know if this helps.

Hi @omik81,
It could be a possibility that the authentication while connecting to another vlan could be higher, however high variations are unlikely.
Would you be able to share a screenshot of the logon duration for both the sessions, this will give us understanding of other factors like brokering, vm start, HDX connection, authentication, GPO's, profile load etc that contribute to logon duration.

Could you check whether the "Citrix AD Identity Service" & "Citrix App Library Service" is running on the Controller? If it's not, start it. If it is, try restarting it.
It may also be worth looking in the Windows event log to see if there's anything suspicious there.

Hi @Peter Bittner,
Good Day :)
Would you be able download the receiver package and place it in a common network file share or any other share which could be accessed by all the machines.
With this approach you will not have to use the download URL and also accept the license agreement each time. Let me know if this helps.
You can get some more information on https://developer-docs.citrix.com/projects/receiver-for-linux-command-reference/en/13.6/

Could you please provide more details of the environment, and please check the eventlogs to understand the error message.
What hypervisor are you using to provision the machines? are you able to directly restart machines from there? This could also be an issue where space on the storage could be nearly completely used and also when the time between the controllers\machines are not synchonised. You can also try restarting your DDC's
