Marcelo Oguma de Souza
Hi, you can find the instructions here: https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX472859/how-to-generate-a-support-file-for-adcOr if you have a SDX model: https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX200155/how-to-generate-support-logs-from-netscaler-sdxYou can also do it from ADM Server or ADM Service if you use them to manage your NetScalers.Hope it helps. Fernando Avelino
Go to System > Diagnostics > Technical Support generate and download it or upload it from there if you have a case number. To generate from the CLI, run the command "show techsupport"The tech support file will be saved at /var/tmp/support/ as a .tgz file, upload it to CIS or if the NetScaler has direct connectivity to the internet, you can run and upload directly "show techsupport show techsupport -upload -casenumber 71234567"In the newer versions you may require to provide an authentication token to upload the tech support file directly.Running on production hours won't cause any harm (never happened to me).
