Are you a Full administrator ? Could be an admin gave you only certain permissions

Seems you also might have a MMC that has Studio and Storefront combined. Try to launch to Studio MMC and see.
Also check the following  commands run ok in Powershell Get-Logsite or Get-LogDataStore . Perhaps during an upgrade the config logging was disabled https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX139447/how-to-disable-or-enable-configuration-logging-service-in-xendesktop-7-using-powershell

Yes.  I have administrator rights and use the default account when installing the Citrix system.

OK. I will test to launch Studio by MMC.

Correct: This means the license edition you have does not support configuration logging. Likely a standard edition license. https://www.citrix.com/content/dam/citrix/en_us/documents/data-sheet/cvad-service-feature-matrix.pdf

https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/monitor/configuration-logging.html

"Product editions that do not support configuration logging do not have a Logging node in Studio."

Can you suggest another method for checking the logging?  In case if we can't check  Logging node from Citrix studio

Citrix Director would be the go to monitoring solution. https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/xenapp-and-xendesktop/7-15-ltsr/director.html

It is available for all license editions.

Configuration logging feature is more to track the changes that different admins make to CVAD site over time. e.g policies, catalog updates.

What are you looking to track ?

The Citrix Health Assistant may also be a good tool if you are troubleshooting something that failed.

Yes.  I want to get tracking information about any citrix admins to change any functions at Citrix Studio.

Then Configuration logging is the correct feature for this. You could work with your Partner to look at updating your license edition or move to Citrix Cloud DAAS where configuration logging is enabled on all editions.
