Trying to run the VDA installer on the platform layer displays "This app can't run on your PC"

Hello everyone,

As the title says, I created a platform layer and tried installing the Virtual Delivery Agent on it, but I get the error "This app can't run on your PC", the VM is running Windows 10 x64 Pro and I'm using Virtual Apps and Desktops 1912 LTSR with Enterprise Layer Manager 2202.

Is that a windows error or the vda installer?  Do you have internet access?  Almost sounds like an issue the softwares certificate.

When I try to run any executable in the Citrix virtual apps and desktops ISO I get that error, it is a Windows error.

Sorry I have never seen that before. I doubt it has anything to do with app layering.  I assume you are running  the install as administrator and i cant really think of what would cause that.

The issue is fixed now. For some reason joining the domain before installing it solved the problem.
