TEAMS ADDIn works not correct

Hi,
i'm using VAAD 1912 CU2 and have installed the machine bases Teams setup.
Teams starts fine, but when i try to start the Teams AddIn in Outlook i get this error like at the attachment.

Any idea how i can fix it?

Solved not my problem ?

After i logged in with another user i can't see the Teams meeting AddIn in outlook.
Under AddIns it looks good, see screenshot.
But in calendar no Teams AddIn.

Hi,

 

I was having the same issue at a customer, there the proxy was blocking the traffic. Sounds strange, but when they tested without the proxy it worked fine.

Thanks, problem is that i can't see the AddIn in Outlook.
Set this registry keys:
 

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\Outlook\Addins\TeamsAddin.FastConnect]
"Description"="Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office"
"FriendlyName"="Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in for Microsoft Office"
"LoadBehavior"=dword:00000003

 

And register the dll:
%SystemRoot%\System32\regsvr32.exe /n /i:user "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft\Teams\current\resources\meeting-addin\1.0.21140.5\x86\microsoft.Teams.AddinLoader.dll"

 

But the icon is not in Outlook.

There are a couple of registry keys you need to delete and recreate.

Check if these registry settings are the same with a working user. Could be the version numbers have changed.

We found a solution. The error to plan a meeting comes from the proxy. Setting the exclusion *.microsoft.com and now it works.
The problem that the AddIn was missing can be solved if we add the AddIn manually like show in this post:
