I've managed to change title, favicon, hide 2nd password, add text and link under the Log On button. This all for english and dutch. However at logout the page /vpn/logout.html shows the default RfWebUI theme. Also fixed this after changing /var/netscaler/logon/themes/[theme]/css/custom.css . But this will not work for the page title and favicon. After applying a rewrite rule to change the default title 'Citrix Gateway' I can see it briefly. But it changes back to 'Citrix Gateway'.
