Cannot connect in Linux, but can in Windows

using the Workspace client in linux, i can log onto the server to see the desktop application, but when trying to launch the remote desktop it fails with "connection to x.x.x.x has been lost".  On windows, using the Workspace client, it connects just fine. 

 

any tips?

This seems to be fixed in newer versions.

I have a similar issue, where the linux client reports a lot of timeouts.

This happens on Ubuntu and on a Pi, both using receiver 2101.

 

I get timeouts at different phases, when logging in, or when connecting to the machine.

Then suddenly it works.

 

On windows, none of this has been observed.
