ICA File is not opening in RHEL 7

.ICA files are not being open in RHEL 7. A few days ago I was using citrix without any problem, but sudenly it stop working stop opening/executing the fiels. I am new on Linux, hope someone can help me.

 

I access to my Work's web site to login on it a usual, I can login to Citrix Receiver, I click on the applicacion, the .ica fila was dowloaded to my PC, but it never starts. If I try to run it manually using the Citrix Workspace, nothing happens too. 

 

Can sameone help me ? Thanks.

I have a very similar problem with Citrix Workspace 20.9.0.15 on Ubuntu but I will post about it separately. In my case, wfica is does start running but I think the CGP handshake is timing out and no error message is reported. Previously, it has been running fine for many months.

 

You don't say which version of Citrix Workspace you have. It might be worth trying the latest version. This has a tool:

/opt/Citrix/ICAClient/util/setlog

Run it and it will pop up a small GUI. You can use this to set the log level to "verbose" and then run it again and check:

/var/log/ICAClient.log

This might give some clues.
