logon Win10 vda slowly after upm configured

In UPM log, I can see 35 time gap as following red txts shows. Any suggestion ? Thanks!

There was one customer who quoted "Configuring "SettlementPeriodBeforeAutoShutdown" via Powershell worked for us, no more 20 seconds delay/gap while logon." Hope this helps.
