RSOP calculation causing file explorer to close

Hi everyone,

 

For a while now, our Citrix users experience the issue that their File Explorer windows are disappearing on Citrix after some time.

Now, I managed to grab some timestamps where the issue occured, and the Event Viewer from Windows has for that user on that moment a record: "The Citrix Group Policy service started RSOP calculation for user: .....'. The application is called 'CitrixCseEngine'.

I'm quite sure this causes the issue. Does anyone have an idea how we can fix this, is there a possibility to disable this RSOP Calculation?

Hi,

 

Can you try upgrading the VDA to 1912 LTSR Cumulative Update 1 (CU1), as it includes couple of fixes related to Citrix Policies.
