Upgrade Storefront from CU4 to CU5 error XDMI:5BC8B8B7

Hallo

 

I'm trying to upgrade 2 Storefront server from version 3.12.400 to 3.12.500 (CU500) Storefront upgrade number 2 storefront gives me this error even when i try to stop/DIsable Citrix Telemetry Service and run the installer storefrontx64 directly from CD is a no go.

 

Any Solutions ??????

Stop Citrix Telemetry Service and perform upgrade again.
