Citrix Studio Showing Client IP Address as LoopBack IP 127.0.0.1

We currently have 2 different Citrix environments, 6.5 and 7.15.  In both environments we have multiple users showing their Client IP address as 127.0.0.1.  Doesn't seem to be narrowed to a certain location or a certain device.  I have attached screenshots of both Citrix AppCenter and Citrix Studio in 2 different farms where users are showing 127.0.0.1.  Any ideas?  We do use Symantec Endpoint, but I have excluded the entire Citrix\ICA Client folder, so that should not be an issue.  And actually had a user that was at one location last week showing 127.0.0.1 and is at a different location this week and shows their actual IP.  I am trying to set up polices by IP range and need to get this figured out sooner than later.  Thanks!
