We can't sign into your account

We are currently experiencing an issue in our XenApp 7.15 LTSR CU3 environment.  This is an intermittent issue that pops up asking the user to sign out or dismiss:

 

"We can't sign into your account.  This problem can often be fixed by signing out of your account and then signing back in.  If you don't sign out now, any files you create or changes you make will be lost"  If the user sign's out their session is logged off, but the issue is not always resolved.  Has anyone experienced this issue before on Hosted Shared Desktop?

 

The user base are running a variety of endpoints running different OS's and also different versions of Receiver.
