Users unable to connect to applications in our citrix 7.6 environment

I have a Quick question about Citrix 7.6 environment if anybody is familiar with it ? 



My organization is experiencing an ongoing issue where randomly a users profile won’t connect to the application, when the user clicks on the application I see the connection loading bar and and then randomly the connection just drops and does nothing , lately to fix this we have just rename the users profile and it has seem to fix it temporarily, are you aware of this issue or any solution
