We have published server desktops (Windows Server 2008R2) in our XenApp 6.5 environment for developers. We have business requirement to allow their client C drives in their published server desktops sessions. Hence, we enabled Client Drive Redirection via Citrix policies. It was working well for years until last week, around 30 users reported they were not able to access Client drives.
What we checked so far?
1. Reviewed Citrix policies in AppCenter
2. Published a test desktop to users and compared GPOs with working user but no deviation is observed between them
3. Performed profile reset
4. Verified Citrix receiver, users are running latest version. We also checked by resetting as well as reinstalling Citrix receiver
5. Reviewed the AD groups
6. Clipboard redirection works well for the user
