Hi,

 

Either:

 

Create a Microsoft App-V package with the only purpose to hold the registry key value and then launch the application inside that package. The app sees only the per-user value (here). You might need to allow the user full access on the VFS on the package properties (requires App-V 5.1). App-V licenses are included in your RDS User CALs.

 

Or:

 

Create a VirtualRegistry Shim using the Microsoft Application Compatibility Toolkit redirecting the r/w of the registry key to a HKCU location (here)
