Please check if you have manually bound AppFlow policies on a vserver hosted on the ADC? These issues happen only when there are appflow policy bound to vserver with a priority of 1.. or there are collectors or actions already existing for the same ADM.

Login to ADM Secondary as nsroot is not allowed.

HDX analytics it reports an error that "System has detected the ICA sessions that do not support logging, corresponding reports will not be available.".
HDX Analytics reports in ADM is based on ICA connection parsing in ADC. Once ICA connections are parsed, ADC sends Appflow records to ADM which deciphers them and creates various reports. ADC parses ICA connections only if they are originating from Windows/MAC/Linux receivers. It doesn't parse ICA connections originating from mobile receivers. When there are ICA connections that are not parsed, ADM gives information to the end-user saying "System has detected the ICA sessions that do not support logging, corresponding reports will not be available".

We don't have this feature available. Please file this as an enhancement request, we will take it further and enhance ADM to provide this report

Can you please let us know what kind of customized reports you are looking for?

EDT traffic is based on UDP. ADM will not show WAN or Datacenter latency for the same.

Sorry. We don't have the option to pull the data from command line. Users can export the reports from ADM.

Fix for this issue will be available in next 13.0 Build.

ADM monitors the ICA sessions launched through a gateway. In order to monitor these sessions, ADC sends AppFlow records to ADM every minute. For any reason, if ADM doesn't receive AppFlow records for a session, it will consider that session has got terminated in ADC and stops monitoring that session further. The time for which ADM needs to wait before considering a session terminated is ICA session timeout. This is configurable in ADM, by default it is set to 15 minutes.
Let's consider a user has launched a desktop via gateway and ADM is monitoring this session. If ADM doesn't receive any AppFlow records for this session for 15 minutes(ICA session timeout default value), ADM considers this session as terminated.
This setting is completely on ADM, it doesn't affect any ICA sessions launched in gateway.

Thank you.
This seems to fix the problem. Does this mean that all optimalization features on Netscaler/ADC can create trouble for MAS?
If IC is enabled, HTTP request is not forwarded to backend server. It will be served from vserver cache itself. Due to this you are seeing VIP address as backend server address.

Can you please check if you have enabled IC feature in ADC that is sending webInsight traffic? If yes, please disable the same and check it.

We have removed enabling Insight on CR vserver from ADM since CR Insight is not supported on ADC. We will update the article accordingly.
Report Client connection to Vserver / Content Switch
in NetScaler Console (formerly ADM)

Enable WebInsight on these virtual servers from ADM. After this you should be able to see the IPs of the clients connecting to these virtual servers under WebInsight reports.
