  1. Hi,

I would contact Citrix support.  This might be related to a known issue that they are currently investigating.  You might see errors such as " the given key was not present on the dictionary"

The temporary fix for some customers is to have the Citrix Cloud hosting\mcs services restarted on their Citrix cloud tenant. Citrix are working on a new  release to resolve this

You'll spend hours\days testing things on your resource locations, so it's worth checking this to save you some time. It only happens  on-premise Resource  locations, apparently not for AWS or Azure or CGP

Download the Cloud connector test tool:

     https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX260337/cloud-connector-connectivity-check-utility

In the DAAS hamburger menu, select "Identity and Acces Management"

    Click on "API Access"

    Create a new client

Use the Identity and Secret in the Cloud connector test tool when it prompts you

Citrix might also ask for the HAR logs while you create the catalog.  For example, in Edge, click the top right corner 3 dots, more tools, developer tools, click on network tab and tick preserve log.  Run the catalog creating. Save the logs

  2. Same issue for us with  2303.0.0.67 VDA on server 2016 and 2022.

We are testing installing an older VDA with fastreconnect set to 0.

Try with 2209 VDA and apply the registry to disable FastReconnect (As mentioned by someone further back in the comments). This seems to work for us. We noticed rolling back wasn't enough, and had to also apply disable fastreconnect.

    Case: 81793129

  3. We tested this on Server 2022 and Server 2016.  Both on premise and on a cloud platform.  On all occasions, as soon as OneDrive containers are enabled and the user either manually or auto logs on to OneDrive, the Synch starts and the server then Blue screens.

Citrix informed us yesterday that it's Microsoft, due to a .dmp file being generated.  I informed Citrix that it does not happen when OneDrive Containers are not used, so it's clearly related to their OneDrive container feature.

  4. We've been testing this feature also.  At first we thought it was related to a windows patch , but can confirm that as soon as onedrive containers are enabled the VDA blue screens.   Is there a fix for this ?

    Thanks
