afaik there isn't a elegant way to remove an update.

Is there a reason why you are using 9.3.1? 9.3.2 is the latest version, might be worth to try and see if that fixes it.

Are you running Edge and Chrome in some sort of compatibility modus, and if so, can you try without?

The problem was that this coworker moved some settings to a different GPO, so a whole bunch of settings got put back to not configured and behaved differently.
I looked up the initial change and this was about turning the display off after x second when connected to a the net or a battery. (so i guess the affected setting was in the same area)

We had this issue some time ago, turns out someone had messed with the power setting gpo and removed something what they shouldn't have.
We had the exact same symptoms, have you looked in this direction?

I don't see this port mentioned in any requirements documentation, can you ask support to clarify this statement?

First, why is this in the licensing forum?
Second, i would not migrate in this scenario but rather add a 2019 PVS server to the farm first and after that remove the old server.
That said, have you run the provisioning configuration wizard on the new machine and redone this?
Does the new server have a new ip / does it show up in the bootstrap?

Do they all shutdown at the same time or x amount of time after users disconnect/log off?
If the latter take a look at the output of Get-BrokerDesktopGroup and look at the timeouts and their actions.

Hello all,
Since a week or two we have a problem with the apps we published in our environment, these apps can no longer be installed.
I've added a random app from the store and only added myself in the group, this app cannot be installed, when i get it from the apple app store and force it to be managed it also doesn't get managed.
When i reset(or full wipe) my device and do a new enrollment, all the required apps will be installed, other apps cannot be installed.
I have 2 ipads and an Iphone (16.7.1 & 17.0.3x2) and they all show the same behaviour.
When i push MDM or MAM actions from the console these do get applied.
Debug logging shows no errors or warning or anything actually.

We finally got an update and the issue is now resolved.

Hello all,
Since Tuesday we are seeing issues with the Nvidia license portal, support confirmed there was a problem going on, but have also stated that this is solved.
Anyone here also using Nvidia GRID and having trouble with the portal and with their VDI's acquiring licenses?

I only upgraded a few machines so far and have not seen this yet, we see some weird behaviour with keyboards switching layouts at almost everything we do, so we have the same experience, one thing fixed and another broken ?

I've tested this yesterday (had to do a factory reset, update didn't work) and i have a working mouse cursor again! ? Hope you'll see the same results.

We saw the following article in the weekly mail from our TAM, although the scenario is not quite the same we are still going to test this and see if there is any improvement, if not we ́ll have to wait for 2308 for thinpro ?

Hello Thomas, i've been told to contact our TAM for a preview version which contains Windows 11 support, hopefully you can get it also through this way!

Hello Ryan and Dan,
Our ticket with HP wasn't read and they just send us a new thin client, i've now escalated the ticket and waiting for a response.
Our Citrix ticket was put on hold for the time being, we're soon going to upgrade to a new VDA version but first tests are also not looking good with that :/

Yes these are still in place, we've just tested some main suspects but so far nothing yet.

Thanks for the Thinpro 8 feedback, that was something we still wanted to test.
We now have a case open with both Citrix and HP, since the problem started showing with VDA 2212 and we are using thinpro 7.2 for a while already.

Hello Devan, yes we are running the linux version of the workspace app on thin clients, we couldn't replicate this on a windows machine but could replicate the same problem on a dedicated linux laptop.
