[Citrix WAF Custom Error Page]

I know you can create a custom error page to the WAF.

 

This is supposed to work on all the violations that are blocked ??

 

Because some of the violations are blocked but not redirecting to the error page I created, while others normally do.

When I create a new signature from the default signatures or try to edit an existing one, I get the error " Unable to complete System file update request ". It was working yesterday normally, no changes made to the ADC

Thank you for the answers, I did remove the field format because it was not necessary and replaced it with the other protection features.

Hello, I am having an issue with an application. Whenever I enable the blocking on Field Format, the Homepage gets an error. When I view the logs, I can see that field that is being blocked. When I Deploy this rule from the Logs and try again, it gets blocked again. I tried to edit the rule to allow any type of character and any length but also got blocked.

We have 2 MPXs, whenever the primary node is rebooted, the secondary node doesn't change to primary. It remains Secondary although both are on HA state ENABLED. 

The state of the the rebooted MPX remains Unknown until it is back up and then the other node becomes primary.

 

I have removed HA monitoring from all the unused interfaces, but still no success.

[Netscaler gateway Application not running]

When accessing the published apps from the gateway. I get the error The citrix SSL server you have selected is not accepting connections.

 

When I test using the storefront URL internally, it is working fine. And when I test using the Gateway VIP it gives this error. 

 

The VIP,SNIP and Servers are all in one subnet. THis is for testing. However I am stuck with this error. It was working fine until I installed an application on the App server and it requested a restart to a machine. Since then, The netscaler gateway gives me this error.

 

I checked the certificate, downgraded the receiver, tested from different browsers and different users, yet the same error appears.

but the Policy doesnt seem to work. I have tried to change the mac address to XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX as specified in many forums but yet there is no access. Is there any recommendations ?

[Netscaler VPX clock changes on its own]

Hello guys, I have changed the Time zone to GMT +2 Cairo Time, but this time is not correct. So I changed the time manually and everything was working fine. Until the netscaler changed the time on its own. Then I added an NTP server and enabled sync. Same thing happened again.

I thought it takes time settings from hypervisor, checked the time but its already correct. any ideas ?
