Hi, I've configured access to an intranet web site in Citrix Secure Private Access On-Prem but I'm getting Http/1.1 Gateway Timeout error when accessing the application.
Can I've some help?

Pressing the Alt key allow to make the Workspace App working again but it's definitely not a solution.
It mostly happened after the users locked their local PC too.

since we've deployed the latest Workspace App 2203.1 CU5 for Windows on Windows 10 devices, users are reporting that sometime, the keyboard is not responding or sometime it's like if the ALT key is locked. Solutions are hitting the Alt key one time or exiting the Workspace App. This append many times by day with many versions of VDA (no modification at this level).
Append on new client installation and with upgraded client. Other users on 2203 CU2 do not have the issue.

When I try to import a backup of a GPO (zip) in Citrix WEM (on-prem and in Cloud), I always get this error when I select convert:

Error occurred while processing input package!
ERROR: Directory of GUID format with gpreport.xml in it expected in C:\DefaultUploadFolder\BackupGPO-2.zip!What's wrong?

What's the soluton if a MPX has be breached with for exemple a webshell stored on it?

The user session is not visible in Director, but on the machine himself, I can see a session.
Session recording is not used. Trying to paste mutliple times do not work.

We also have the issue here with 2203 LTSR CU3 with clipboard mapping. No policy has been changed. We are using App Layering and I created a new layer for this VDA version containing the WEM agent 2305, the domain join and the Imprivata SSO application.

yes, it works when switching session and traffic from classic to advanced.
Do you have an error message?

But I didn't try it yet.

Our version is 2203 LTSR CU2. If we disable profile streaming, the profile size is displayed without waiting.
Do you mean that if you stay on the user page in Director, after 1 or 2 minutes, the profile size is correctly displayed?

In Citrix Director, the size of the profile is incorrectly reported. It reports 0 Mb or an incorrect size.
Installed version is 2203 LTSR CU2.

As from ADC 13.1 build 21.50 it's possible to add a second disk for the logs and the crash on a new fresh installation, is it possible to add a second disk in a existing installation and move the the he logs and the crash location to this new disk?

As classic policies are deprecated, is there any way to use an authentication profile on the MAM gateway instead of a basic authentication policy that use a classic expression.
I tried with a profile that works on another gateway but the enrollment and the authentication fail for Xenmobile.

Hello,
it's solved by preventing the profile propagation. In Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\User Profiles, please enable both the "Prevent Roaming Profile changes from propagating to the server" setting.

Hello,
some users have the Profile path attribute configured to roam their workstation profile (Windows 10) to \\fileserver1. When the users leave their Virtual Desktop session (Windows Server 2016 with Citrix Profile Manager 1906), the profile is saved in \\fileserver2 configured in the PM policy but it also override the profile located in \\fileserver1.
Is there any solution to avoid this?
