Could you please check if there are any options to find the informatino in any of these two files C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\Citrix\StoreWeb\custom\script.js or configuration.js. And then edit it. I'll try to find the specifics in the meanwhile.

Have you specified FQDN (and not merely hostname or IP) for the controllers in the list and could you also open up a web browser on your Storefront? and browse to the https://fqdn address you used earlier. Could you check if you get cert warning?

There was one customer who quoted "Configuring "SettlementPeriodBeforeAutoShutdown" via Powershell worked for us, no more 20 seconds delay/gap while logon." Hope this helps.

Please refer to the feature matrix link below and confirm if the features your looking for is supported or not. From the doc, it looks like the iOS workspace app doesn’t support microphone or camera redirection.

Before starting an upgrade, close all programs that might potentially cause file to remain, including administration consoles and PowerShell sessions. (Restarting the machine ensures that any file are cleared, and that there are no Windows updates pending.) If your service & user account has administrator role, the files should be deleted. Please let me know if this helps.

By default, idle connections are maintained for 1,440 minutes, if you'd like to configure it, please refer to https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX205501 and https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/policies/reference/ica-policy-settings/session-limits-policy-settings.html.

Hi @Jeffrey Fletcher1709156626, could you please give more information of the machine your trying to install the probe agent on? are you trying to install Probe Agent 2001? Please refer to the requirements section https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-virtual-apps-desktops/director/troubleshoot-deployments/applications/desktop-probing.html. Endpoint machines running probe agents are Windows machines with Citrix Receiver for Windows Version 4.8 or later, or Citrix Workspace app for Windows (formerly Citrix Receiver for Windows) Version 1906 or later. Workspace app for Unified Windows Platform (UWP) is not supported.

Looks similar to https://support.citrix.com/article/CTX237904, however the dll to replaced here would be that of mmcsnapin.
A couple of other customers who faced the issue reinstalled studio to fix the issue. Let me know if this helps.

Does the idle time display work properly for the rest of the VDA's? we did have an issue of this sort with an earlier release, however the time would be displayed after a wait time of 10 minutes.

A new Alert category called Hypervisor Health has been added to enable filtering only the hypervisor alerts. These alerts are displayed once the thresholds are reached or exceeded. Hypervisor alerts can be:
Critical—critical threshold of the hypervisor alarm policy reached or exceeded
Warning—warning threshold of the hypervisor alarm policy reached or exceeded
Dismissed—alert no longer displayed as an active alert
This feature requires Delivery Controller version 7 1811 or later. If you are using an older version of Director with Sites 7 1811 or later, only the hypervisor alert count is displayed. To view the alerts, you must upgrade Director.
