Citrix StoreFront SAML Auth Issue

Hello All, 

We've recently configured a new environment utilizing Azure SAML Auth and Citrix FAS. All is working until the user selects the option to Log off the Citrix session. If the user opens a new browser tab in the same browser and try to login again they are sent directly to StoreFront w/o needing to authenticate. When they try to launch an application or desktop it appears to hang and if they try to launch a 2nd application or desktop the StoreFront page refreshes and the user is prompted to login via SAML again. Once they login again everything works as expected.


Any thoughts on why this behavior would be occurring would be appreciated.  We already have a ticket open with Citrix. Its been open a while and currently sitting with DEV A team.
