Greetings,

At our MSP, we have a few clients running older versions of citrix hypervisor and want to get them updated and ensure they have citrix support when needed.

A few months ago, we were able to acquire Citrix Hypervisor premium licensing from CDW. When we went back to buy another license for another client, they told us they are no longer available. However, if you go to Xenserver.com, it seems as if this product was just launched and you should be able to buy licensing.

So the question is, where the heck do I get license from?

How do I get a citrix sales rep or have my company possibly become a partner ourselves?

Hi Ryan,

Citrix Hypervisor licenses are no longer available, as that product has gone End of Sale. You can continue to use Citrix Hypervisor 8.2 until it is EOL June 25th 2025. Past that, XenServer licenses are available. I would reach back out to your partner to discuss.
