Citrix Licensing on azure question

I have an on prem vmware farm with licenses consisting of cvad user/device advance . I would like to add some static vdas on azure . Do these licenses support this ? I know that for provisioning methods we need universal licenses , i am just talking about static vdas.

It depends on your licensing level.  Have you updated to the new licensing models that allow on-prem access to Azure resources?

If you see Azure when you add a new connection in hosting, it might be available.
