Logon session display "Other user"

Hello everyone,

I configure a new Citrix CVAD 2203 LTSR CU4 environment and UPM 2311 for user profile management. 

The host are on Windows Server OS 2022 (fresh install). 

When I launch a user session, the logon screen display "Other user" and not the real name of the user. In my lab this issue not appear so I think it's a misconfigured parameter in the customer environment.

Has anyone ever met this problem?

I believe you can hide this by using the GPO to hide last logged on user.

Thank you for the return.

The issue was caused by a corrupted VDA installation.
