Requiring Reinstall with multiple users



We have an issue with Workspace 22.3.4000.4080 requiring reinstall with recurring users on windows 11. For example: User 1 logs out, user 2 logs in and uses Workspace with no issues, user 1 tries to log back in; Workspace won’t launch and user 1 has to reinstall it. The institution administering our Epic EMR won’t allow us to use a newer version of workspace, as it has other bugs. Any thoughts on what may be causing this? Thanks
