Citrix published a new section under the App Layering 2312 Known Issues: https://docs.citrix.com/en-us/citrix-app-layering/4/known-issues.html#microsoft-teams-2x
I first noted that it does not include the MS requirement to enable Sideloading: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/new-teams-vdi-requirements-deploy#requirements
