Some of our users experience an issue with citrix workspace where a message gets displayed that says "connection interrupted. Citrix workspace app will try to reconnect for xx minutes".
This is happening when device looses connection to Wifi for ~5 pings.
The error stays there till the displayed time runs out even if the connection is working.
Of course users are calling local IT support everytime this gets displayed even if they are still able to work on their session...
