Office 365 required to sign in every time

We have a delivery group with 8 servers (Windows 2022) VDA (2311)  and it hosts Microsoft 365 Apps. I had Shared computer activation on and Citrix roaming profile. However, users reported that they need to sign in every time they run Outlook. Any idea? Thanks

Otherwise, what are you saving in your profile? Are you doing a profile container that saves the entire profile? If not, are you saving %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\IdentityCache and %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\OneAuth?
