We have servers (created with MCS - hosted in Azure - Agent version: 2308.0.0.120) that randomly got unregistered with Citrix Cloud. The server is pingable, but an RDP session can't be made.
When disabling and enabling the ethernet interface with serial console on the virtual machines management page in Azure, the server got registered again.
In the event viewer I can't find what can be the cause of this.
Are there any other ways to find what is causing the server to lose connection? Or (even better) is there a solution for this issue?
