Over the past several weeks we have had several DAAS Tenants multiple times where the hosting connection is lost and the fix has been to set the password (Same Password) on the hosting connection. Everything immediately starts to work again. I can tell the issue is occurring because the machines power state/registration is off. We use VCenter and all Tenants are hosting on the same VC. When the issue occurs it doesn't effect all customers just a few. Sometimes a few days will go by and no issues.
The Error seen in DAAS is "Attempts to initialize connection failed"
