we got a problem with the "Browser content Redirection". We try to use Alcatal Rainbow, our problem is, that the Service "Citrix HDX HTML5 Video Redirection Service" stops, when someone tries to use the Redirection.
But this happens not on all machines, some will work with no problems.
It is a shared desktop with multiple users. We tested it with different VDA versions (2203 LTSR CU4, 2308 and now we use 2311), but the problem was the same.
Is there a log file, where we can see, what causes the crases of the service?
