Using Citrix Endpoint Management, we have an active iPhone, showing 5G coverage, the deployment logs are saying PARK and we are unable to send an Unlock to the iPhone to remove the passcode.
All other iPhones within CEM can be unlocked, but we have an issue with this one device.
It appears that the phone is off according to CEM, but we can see the iPhone is on, active and does have mobile signal.
