How do i prevent users to start or restart desktops on Citrix Cloud DaaS environment?

Hi Community,

i was wonderung how do i prevent users to restart their assigned desktops in a multisession environment on Citrix Cloud DaaS

 

The second question is - i do not fully understand on how to scale to a maximum of users. I have three multisession desktops, and i only want to have them saturated with 6-8 people on each machine. How do i set this up?

Windows Group Policy. You can even go into Security properties of the GPO and set a deny attribute to "apply group policy" so a select AD User/Group could reboot them.
