anyone facing similar issues or perhaps allready got a solution?
we're having a Problem, where the Teams Client cannot connect to a Teams Webinar, while Meetings work just fine.
we're working on 1912 LTSR CU7 HF2 with mutliple virtual Multisession-VDA (Server 2019) with Microsoft Teams Version 1.6.00.29964 (64-Bit). Citrix HDX Optimized.
WebRTCAgent, -Service and local RPCWorker all start fine and stay throughout the Session, no Crash.
It seems like a Limitation on the Citrix Release, since Teams won't even start an outgoing Connection when joining a Webinar. But we can't find any official Info therefore.
Translates something like : "Sorry we couldn't connect you - Your current Softwareversion or Devise isn't supportet. Update or switch to another Device to join"
