Cannot access Support or Look at Case Tickets

After MFA, the https://ssoservice.citrix.com/athena/login?code portal shows:

It's been 9 days. What gives Citrix???

Even Chatbot OTP code shows the same error. So the only way is to phone. And also we are unable to see Support Case progression. Terrible.
