VPX 13.0 HA Pair - Secondary Node r- g_vfs_done error=5

To address the latest security vulnerabilities, I attempted to upgrade the secondary node and it is constantly crashing either during the winscp copy or the tar'ing of the upgrade file.  The console shows a bunch of these types of errors - g_vfs_done error=5.  The vm is then unable to fully boot and I have to recover to a vmware snapshot.

 

Does this point to corruption of the virtual disk?      If so, is it best to deploy a new secondary node from scratch and how would we do that?   One of our challenges is the people who set this up are no longer here.    Any help is much appreciated

Full error - opctxns02d kernel: g_vfs_done():da0s1e[WRITE(offset=3743465472, length=32768)]error = 5

I was able to get past this issue by cloning the vm and running the upgrade
