Crashing of CtxUvi constantly

Hopefully, this forum can provide better assistance than the support I have been getting. Our new Citrix environment with the VDA is constantly having the CtxUvi crash. We've checked the logs and see that these are crashing in the details. The silly thing is support had us add WARNDIS.UVI into UviProcessExcludes under HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Service\CtxUvi, and it's still erroring out. Has anyone been able to figure this out? I've searched all over the web and haven't come to any good solution.

We have exactly the same problem with ctxuvi and WARNDIS.UVI. Have you been able to solve it in the meantime?
If the problem occurs sporadically on our VDAs, the VDAs are displayed in the Studio with "agent error".
