I have 2 virtual servers running OS Windows Server 2022 Standard Edition with WEM Infrastructure 2308.1 installed. The virtual servers have 4 vCPU and 8 GB Ram. The WEM database is installed on MS SQL 2019. When the database is online, on the WEM server the "Norskale Broker Server" process takes little CPU time <5%. If the database is offline, it takes only 3 to 4 minutes for the "Norskale Broker Server" process to take steadily more CPU time. The process takes up to 99% CPU load. Both WEM servers become very slow as a result. Does anyone know this problem?
Database offline
Database online
When the database is online again, the CPU load goes towards 0%.
