Error number 2308 : The Citrix Workspace received a corrupt ICA File. The key (WFClient) has no associated value after upgrade to version 2309

Hello,

 

After upgrading Citrix Workspace to version 2309, when logging in and clicking the application icon, there was an Error Message: Error number 2308: The Citrix Workspace received a corrupt ICA File. The key (WFClient) has no associated value after upgrade to version 2309

 

Has anyone ever encountered a problem like this?  So how can the problem be solved? which if the downgrade version can be used normally.

Hello, 

We do have the same issue with a couple of Workspace installations. Only some of them are affected. 

What we discovered is:
- Starting a connection directly using the Storefront Website works fine.

- None of the "repair/reset" options can solve the issue. 

- only solution so far is to revert back to an older version of the workspace app. 

- as only a couple of workspace installations are affected it seems it has nothing to do with the .ica file or the SF configuration. 

Does anyone else experience the same? 

Are there any fixes known?
