App State = Application running even Session state = active

I'm wondering if somebody has the same issue.

When I launch published app which is explorer.exe in citrix studio I see under Application state column "Application not running" however in Session state column is "Active".

 

App is running normally without any issue.

Is there something I can fix to avoid of this unlogic state ?

This among other bugs with explorer.exe has been an issue for awhile.

 

In short:
"Microsoft does NOT recommend running Explorer.exe as a published application because the published Explorer.exe application runs as a separate process with restricted access to the desktop."
