Hi, my client facing issue when trying to launch VDA using VPN connection (Third Party VPN- Ivanti), the VPN get disconnected
- The issue occur only when using VPN connection. If accessing using internal network, no issue occur. Already check at VDA event viewer, can see the user session is already inside the VDA but due to VPN disconnected, resulting the Desktop launching unable to fully established. User able to access storefront but get disconnected when trying to access/launch application. This setup is on-prem setup, no ADC is configured. The main target is Citrix App able to launching using the internal Network only.
Test that already perform (Using VPN) :-
- machine A (able to access & launch VDA/Application)
-machine B (able to access storefront but unable to launch VDA/Application (workspace is active) but session disconnected due to VPN get disconnected )
-User group A & B launch using machine A, no issue occur.
-User group B & A launch using machine B, (able to access storefront but unable to launch VDA/Application (workspace is active) but session disconnected due to VPN get disconnected)
-Verify that the User group A and B is using the same group policy.
-RDP direct to the VDA server is success while using VPN connection.
