Service was trying to run "C:\Program Files (x86)\Citrix\ICA Client\Receiver\UpdaterService.exe" and failing. Ran the file manually and it triggered an error. Clicked yes and it took me to https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/thank-you/runtime-desktop-6.0.23-windows-x86-installer?cid=getdotnetcore My computer only had the x64 version of dot net 6 installed but not the x86. After install of x86 dot net 6 install went through without a hitch. Link to comment

But now I see the screen loading when I click on my cloud desktop but nothing happens after that. I am not able to access my HVD.
