I didn't onboard them in the ADM service. Services to send diagnostics are disabled. Rhonda Rowland1709152125 Posted October 12, 2023 Share Posted October 12, 2023 The feature is called Callhome on the Netscaler and is related to the Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP). Usually after upgrade to a build, you'll get the first prompt to disable. Later, you can turn it off/on via the callhome feature of the NetScaler.
