Citrix monitoring my Netscalers ?

The feature is called Callhome on the Netscaler and is related to the Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP).


Usually after upgrade to a build, you'll get the first prompt to disable.  Later, you can turn it off/on via the callhome feature of the NetScaler. (It defaults to ON).

In the feature list (advanced feaures in GUI): callhome
